1. Curbside check in people at the airport ($2 per bag)
2. DME driver?
3. Mousekeepers ($1 per day per person)
4. Bell services at the hotel when we check in our luggage the last day when we check out. ($1 per bag)
5. DME driver for return trip to the airport

Am I missing anybody besides wait staff at the table service restaurants? I put a question mark by the DME drivers because I know there is some debate about tipping them. For those of you who do tip, what is standard? Thanks!
