I don't think that every (or many) CM enforces the age restriction, but I know I have seen a few youngish kids (even being at the height limit) being turned away when they were asked how old they were and the parents were offered a "Child Swap" pass if they wanted to ride. I know it does say in the PassPorter (pg. 134) "Minimum Age is 3". I think it just doesn't get enforced too much, unless your child looks real young (or if they ask how old the kid is and the truth comes out [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img])           |
