I'm looking for information from anyone out there. I want to buy into this but I haven't told DH my plans yet. What kind of initial investment will I need, up front?
I know he tends to be an impulse buyer if he thinks the deal is good, so is there a way I can arrange to take the tour and make it seem like we just happened upon the tour? Also, will they let my 3 year old stay in the kids activity room (being he is so young) while we take the tour. I know the free baby-sitting will be hook enough to get DH to go have a look.
