Does Disney Respond to Emails

I just returned from the House of Mouse and had a great time. There were several incidents that really bothered me. From rude cast members to AKL not being up to par. I didn't feel the magic this time like I have done on past trips.
I sent WDW Guest Communications an email regarding all the unfortunate events. I want to make sure they know about my experiences. If we don't let Disney know about these events, who will. I don't want Disney to start cutting corners and taking that magic that we expect from them away. I don't want them to start cutting corners and being just any other company.

My question is, do they really listen and read these emails? I sent it on June 8th and have not heard anything. I have some legitimate complaints.

Anyone receive responses from Disney?
