No surprise here. Of COURSE there will always be someone ready to sue Disney because they have "deep pockets" and will most likely settle out of court. The fact that a parent should take responsility for what they do and don't permit their youngster to ride is a moot point; WDW has "caution notices" posted EVERYWHERE and I have always found the CM's to be very honest when I ask them their opinion of a certain attraction if I am concerned with my health. All of the $$ in the world won't bring that little boy back, but I will bet that the family gets some monetary settlement from Disney............  |
