We stayed at the Anabella Hotel in 2005 and it was fine.

We had a 1 bedroom with a daybed in an off corner. It was within walking distance of DL and had a nice breakfast brunch in their restaurant. It was listed as a moderate and we weren't there long enough to try out the amenities but other than that it was fine. Reminded me of a Holiday Inn Express.
