I do recommend Hyatt OC, however the shuttlebus runs twice an hour so it's not as convenient as some of the other hotels. We stayed there in Dec 06 and because there were so many marching bands staying there, the wait for the elevators was horrible (teenagers going up and down continuously). The room was very nice and also the view so if you don't mind being further away it's probably no problem. Because the shuttle runs during normal Disneyland hours only, you can't make it for early entry unless you get a taxi, so that's a bit of a pain.

We're staying at the Camelot next time (July 07), not as nice but it seems to get good reviews and is much more convenient!
