My First Aid Kit has:
moleskin, blister pads, all different size band aids, neosporin, gauze, butterflies, tape, rubber gloves, burn wrap, tweezers, night quil, day quil, immodium, rolaids, pepcid, childrens tylenol, extra strength tylenol, benedryl chewables and regular bendryl, bactine, aloe, and the menthol sunburn lotion, purel, anteseptic wipes, thermometer, feminine products, sunblock, tanning oil, ice pack, heat pack, then i have little travel ones for our carry on which just has aneseptic wipes and a few different sized band aids
