The view I saw the last trip was awsome. It was also at night time so DCA was all lit up. The Mandara Spa at the Grand was going through rehab, they were in a suite that was huge and also was directly above the main swimming pool. As you would look staight over the balcony you had a perfect view of Grizzly Run and Paradise Pier slightly to the right off in the background. If I had known ahead of time what I was going to see I would have certainly taken my camera. Also a trip to the spa is a must at the DLR.
