I will never go anywhere without a BooBoo Bunny again! I have a 4 year old boy who's still growing into his feet - so to speak.

Just yesterday, we had to use a BooBoo Bunny on his fingers when he burned his hand on his grammy's woodstove. I keep a Bunny in DS's daypack for just such an emergency.
Here are instructions to make your own:
Boo Boo Bunny -- A CraftMall-USA Project
You can find ice at nearly any counter service resaurant or at first aid. I like to run BooBoo Bunny under a bit of water to help cool him down faster once the ice cube/s are inside. Even the smaller ice cubes used in restaurants will work if you unroll Bunny's belly a bit to tuck the ice cubes inside.
I keep Bunny in a small ziploc bag with a bottle of Tylenol Meltaways (for bumps, burns, and bruises), a small tube of Neosporin + Pain Relief Cream (for scrapes, cuts, and burns), and a few bandaids to help avoid scrapes and such from getting dirty/infected.
This is a really basic first aid kit and for anything else, we can always go to first aid at the park. (The way I see it, if I need moleskin, I should go back to the hotel room and get off my feet for a while anyway

- so no need to carry moleskin! Besides, wearing Birks - I've never had a blister!
