| FREE Sample E-Worksheet: Vacation At-A-Glance Here is a free, sample PassPorter's Club e-worksheet available for anyone and useful for every traveller ... the Vacation At-A-Glance Worksheet. Description This interactive e-worksheet helps you create a one-page synopsis of your vacation to keep handy and to give to family/friends. Includes room for your travel information, hotel name and confirmation, and an overview of each day's itinerary (park/activity, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and notes). Smart features include the ability to calculate the number of days in your trip and display only the grids for those days, plus flexible labels and room for park/activity hours. More special features are detailed below.
Like all our e-worksheets, this interactive worksheet is in Adobe PDF format and can either be filled out onscreen (with your data saved) and/or printed to write in by hand. You will need Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher to use the interactive features. Example
Here is ONE example of how this worksheet could be used: Special Features- Vacation Length Calculations: Begin by typing-in your dates, particularly your "Leaving On" date at the top and your "Returning On" date at the bottom. Once these dates are stored in your file, the worksheet can calculate the number of days you're traveling and display only that many grids. If you are traveling for fewer than 10 days, light yellow boxes cover up the extraneous days -- you may type notes into these boxes.
- Daily Items: Once your dates are in place and the correct number of days appears, type in the major points of each day and details about each, such as meals, parks, activities, etc. The labels at the left side of each daily section are drop-down menus -- you may select from one of our pre-set labels or type your own label.
- Opening/Closing Times: To the right of each day's date are fields you can use to indicate opening and closing times of the park, attraction, or event you plan to attend that day. A handy checkbox in the upper right corner can be used to indicate anything you like, such as if a day's itinerary is under development or finalized, special events happening that day, Extra Magic Hours, parades, fireworks, shows, etc. It's entirely up to you!
