I've used the recipe on the back of the Jiffy Baking Mix box for years!! I have never had any complaints from DS, DH, guests or DS's friends who have slept over. (I like to serve them with strawberries - the sliced frozen ones nearly thawed are nice - and whipped cream
)Freezing the leftovers in freezer bags works well too.
