2c (approx) Bisquick
1 1/3c milk
1/2c applesauce
2 eggs
cinnamon
1tsp brown sugar


I do this in the blender since it pours.......

beat eggs approx 2 min until fluffy, add milk, applesauce, brown sugar, cinnamon and blend to mix. Slowly add Bisquick to desired consistancy. (Think melted ice cream). While you're blending plug in your waffle iron. When it's hot spray each side with no stick spray, you should only have to do this once. These are yum-o! I had to tweak a few different recipes to get this one. I always make a second batch to freeze - WAY better than Eggos.
