I love those Imagineering guides; I have all three (MK, Epcot, AK) and keep one in my purse at all times in case of a lull in traffic.
I haven't read the AK one yet, though; still working on MK. You find out such cool stuff in those.
We love Flame Tree, but were going to try out Tusker House next trip. Guess it's back to FTB we go. Your location was very pretty; I'll have to walk a little farther next time. Great EE photos, too.
