| You can book a reservation now; however since you're checking in on New Year's Eve, and their limit for booking reservations is your arrival date, I would book a room-only reservation and convert it to a package (if you decide to do a package) later on.
Best to be on the safe side during that time of year-and by booking this far out you can just about guarantee you'll get what you want.
