By the time we finished up our desert at Akershus it was 8:45.…so I sent Mallory, Kaia ,and Ben to scope out a decent spot for Illuminations while I took care of the bill.

This ended up taking longer then I though it would…it took Per Christina about 20 minutes to separate the bill and the alcohol bill and then pay them…the entire time I was getting a little nervous about missing Illuminations which I have not see since 1995.

During this 20 minute wait I witnessed a dad yell at his daughter (who looked five ears old) b/c she wanted to take the gummy bears from her desert with her…he really yelled at her making a scene our whole section of the restaurant was very uncomfortable with it…his wife tried to calm him down “I heard her tell him to calm down that he was just exhausted”. Yikes!

Just then I heard the fireworks going off outside so I hurried up a signed the bill and called Ben …the were between Norway and China standing in the back.

I headed out and Kaia and I sat on the ground and watched the fireworks…

I didn’t get the whole feel for the show b/c we were so far back…but maybe next trip.

Kaia really liked watching the fireworks…so not all was lost.

We let most people clear out before we started to walk to the front of EPCOT…this was a big difference between how Ben and I tour and how Mallory wanted to tour…
We take our time when heading out of a park at closing b/c we know the beast of a line there will be at the bus stop…Mallory on the other hand wants to run to the bus stop.

She got aggravated with us a lot about this…OH well!

We made our way slowly around the WSC taking pics along the way…





When we got to the bus stop there was a line in front of us…and we knew we would have to stand if we made it one the bus this round …

Mallory went stand in line and Ben and Kaia and I relaxed on a bench outside the line…Kaia decided she wanted to do a photo shoot in her Jasmine costume.






The bus rolled up soon and we decided we had enough energy to board it even if we had to stand up.

When we returned to the POP Century Kaia and I got hot chocolate in our mugs and then we went to the gift shop…Kaia was able to pick out 2 pins b/c she rode Mission Space and Test Track…she picked out baby Minnie mouse pin and a pin that was pink mouse ears with three princesses on it…I also got her a pink princess lanyard.

We headed back to our rooms and everyone got ready for bed while I took a shower. When I came out we decided that instead of going to Magic Kingdom in the morning we would got to Animal Kingdom instead…which meant my breakfast at Kona Café was canceled…but I decided to put it on the list for next trip.

I set the wake up call for 6:30 AM b/c I wanted to eat breakfast at the food court and then lights out and everyone was sleeping…No Break downs tonight thank goodness!!!
