| We stayed there in 2005. First room was right next to the staff laundry room. Roughly the size of a shoe box. Staff stood and leaned against our door at 5 am, reading the paper left for us and talking loudly. On top of that, the air conditioner in room rattled loudly all night. At 5:15 am, I opened the door to our room, nearly had one staff member who was leaning against our door fall into our room. I waded through 7 staff members, marched over to the office and within 5 minutes we were moved to a gorgeous king room. The rest of our stay was fine. My only complaint was that such a large hotel had only 2 washers and 2 dryers for guests! |
