We just flew with them last month for the first time - from Phoenix to Orlando. I was extremely pleased!!
It wasn't a luxury airline or anything, but the staff was very kind. The plane was very clean (I have noticed on Southwest there is trash left in the seatbacks and stuff
), and both legs of our trip were on time TO THE MINUTE!!
My DD loved being able to listen to Radio Disney on XM for the trip. I paid the $5 additional to choose seats, which I totally think was worth it. I will not hesitate to fly with them again!
