Before we left home Kaia let us all know that she was NOT going to ride the Haunted Mansion!
It was just one of those things she was super scared of.

But here we were walking from fantasyland into Liberty Square and she was ready to try it (for a pin that is).



We got in line and it was really spooky and one of the ghosts a older woman was sitting up on the lawn of the haunted mansion and talking to us as we went but…mostly just telling all the ladies we looked fabulous and all the men they were so very handsome…it was way cool.

After this we were all moved inside and into the stretching room…this part scared Kaia but she just kept her eyes closed .

It was time for us to board our doom buggies….Kaia decided to ride with Ben so Mallory and I boarded our buggy together.

The changes to this ride where really great and it was scarier than I remembered it…

We exited and Kaia said it was scary but that next trip she would defiantly ride it again…

As we made our way out the lady ghost from the lawn earlier was making her way through the crowd into liberty Square…but she stopped us and told us hello remembering us from the line earlier…she told Mallory she looked like Paris Hilton is prison b/c Mallory was wearing a pink and white striped dress…lol.

Next we headed to Adventure land so we could ride POTC…a first for Mal and Kaia. We cruised through Frontierland to get there and I spotted Jessie from Toy Story 2 there was no line so Kaia and Mallory went to get a picture taken…





We arrived in Adventureland and many characters were out Jasmine and Aladdin and Captain Hook and Mr. Smee…We go in line for Jasmine and Aladdin but were told they would be leaving soon for the parade but that genie and Abu were coming out…

Kaia decided to skip this…her and Mallory went run to the restroom and we all met up in front of POTC.



We all enjoyed POTC…especially Mallory on her first time…she really thought it was so neat how Captain Jack Sparrow looked so life like. We hung out in the store for a bit….



and then we attempted to make our way to Frontierland…no luck the parade was passing so we all went into Pecos Bills to wait for the parade to pass by.

Mallory had saw a shirt back at the POTC gift shop that she really wanted so she counted her money and wanted to go back and buy it and Kaia who of course finds something in every gift shop that she wants…really wanted to buy a bag of jewels…for $7. I gave Kaia her final money from her grandparents $10 and sent her on her way with Mallory while Ben and I enjoyed a soda and some alone time.

After Mallory and Kaia returned we were all off to Froniterland as the parade had ended…we all rode Splash Mountain 2 or three times followed by BTMR two or three times…fun time had by all Kaia even started opening her eyes fro the big drop on Splash Mountain.

Next up was the long trek to Tommorowlnad for some Space Mountain time…at this point it was about 9:30 and everyone was hungry…we stopped in at Pinocchio’s Haus and had pizzas two veggies one cheese and one pepperoni…they we just OK to me but hit the spot…Kaia was impressed that from Pinocchio’s Haus we could overlook IAWS.

After we were all full we made our way to Space Mountain. I was not feeling up to riding b/c I had just ate but I sent everyone else on there way.I sat on a bench and enjoyed looking at all the families in costume the best was a family of 5 dressed as Mary Poppins (mother) Bert(father) Jane and Michael (2 of the kids) and a chimney sweep (the older son)…there costumes were amazing and people kept stopping them left andf right to take pictures of them.

My gang returned from Space Mountain and Mallory looked a little ill and did not want to ride again…so I suggested we do Buzz Light Year and call it a night.

We all rode Buzz which really didn’t help Mallory headache/grumpiness at all…but Kaia loved it!

Ben and Kaia really wanted to ride Space Mountain once more so I told them to go ahead while Mallory and I walk to the front of the park…we would meet in front of Tony’s Town Square.



Mallory and I took a leisurely stroll down main street and I stopped and got me and ice cream at the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor …yummy mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone. We made our way down a very uncrowded Main Street to Tony Town Square and had a seat on the stoop…

I went in search for a restroom and then after that I ran into City Hall to get Kaia a First Visit Button ( I know a little to late but it makes a good keepsake)

About 10 minutes after sitting down the most wonderful thing happened in my opinion …the parade started and we had a unobstructed view…I was able to see the whole parade and eat my ice cream it was great…b/c I never really got to see the whole BOO TO YOU parade with out people in front of me. (To Bad Ben had the camera)

I waved to all the characters and sang along to the songs…Mallory was not that impressed but I really could care less…I knew she was just really tired and getting grumpier by the second.

About 10 minutes after the parade finished up Kaia and Ben showed up (after riding Space Mountain 3 more times).

We all sat together letting the hoards of people empty the park…of course Mallory wanted to join them but we were not getting stuck in that mess.

I gave Kaia her 1rst visit button and of course she wanted to do a photo shoot again…








The picture below is my absolute favorite of Kai from the trip...it show the Disney Happy Smile! After a great night at MK! I love it and I am framing it ASAP!



After the photo shoot we all headed toward the exit! It was a great night at MNSSHP!

Mallory ran ahead and got in line for the bus…I told her that if she wanted to get on a bus and stand to go ahead and we would meet back at the room…I wanted to be able to sit with Kaia b/c I knew she was about to crash out and go to sleep. So Mallory hopped on the first bus standing room only and we followed in the next bus were we all sat down.

As soon as the lights went out in the bus Kaia was asleep.
It was kind of hard getting her to walk from the bus stop to the room…but I told her just to pretend she was sleep walking.

We made it back to the room Mallory was already showered and in bed and well all followed.

I set the alarm for 7:00 AM so I could pack this mess of a room!

Tomorrow our first time at BOMA!
