| Disney's Magical Express *Arrival* procedures If you are interested in using Disney's Magical Express service, here are some important facts you'll need to know for your trip TO the Walt Disney World resort:
- It's FREE for everyone staying at the Walt Disney World Resort.
- *ALL* tourists arriving at Orlando International Airport are eligible to use the service to get from the airport to the Walt Disney World resort. Regardless of airline
- Prior to your trip, you will receive a packet from Disney Magical Express that will contain your vouchers for the bus and yellow luggage straps.
- You will need to affix the yellow DME luggage straps to the handles on your luggage, just like the label/strap that is affixed to your luggage by a skycap or airline check-in attendant.
- Upon arrival in Orlando, all luggage with a yellow DME strap is routed to freight trucks instead of the baggage carousel. These trucks then travel to the WDW resort when they are full, and luggage is distributed to the resorts for delivery to your room. This can take a few hours, so plan on packing a carry-on bag with essentials that you may need between your arrival and your luggage arrival.
- When you de-plane, proceed to the Disney Welcome Center in Terminal B, Level 1. You may encounter greeters on Level 2 who will point you in the right direction.
At the Welcome Center, provide your vouchers to the attendant and they will check you in and show you to the appropriate bus line. Board the bus and enjoy a hassle-free ride to the Walt Disney World Resort.
