Yes- they come in as a mini-parade from the entrance, down Main St and set up at the hat. Definitely a must-do for a girl that age
. Hopefully you can get close enough for her to be handed a wooden spoon- that's how they choose who can get up & dance with them. (Otherwise it would be way too crowded to have all the children up there.) I got such a kick out of watching all the moms & dads singing along b/c the music just really pumps up the atmosphere of the park.
