The decor is pretty, but it isn't theming, like a Disney resort. It's still a motel. The important thing about the CCI (for me anyway) is that it's clean, the breakfast is good. Good enough that you don't need to pay for breakfast somewhere else, which makes it a good value, so it's costing me less to stay there versus your other two choices even if price is the same. Also, I've had great service from the staff both times we've stayed there. Both times staff went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable (very Disney-like). That, in a nutshell, is why CCI gets our repeat business. While I've had good experiences at both of the other properties (and Tropicana Inn as well), the experience at CCI was excellent, and so when price is about the same (which it usually is), it alway wins.
