The Disneyland Hotel is my definate favorite, being the nostalgia freak that i am. The pool is the biggest perk for me with its peter pan theme and water slide. I was disappointed however they took out the monorail. That was one of the biggest conveiniences for staying there, hop on and go directly to the park. Now you have to walk through downtown disney. i know some would say its still very close, but i guess i was spoiled with the monorail. I do think onsite ALWAYS adds to the magic of your vacation. My next trip I plan to stay at the Grand. The views from your rooms are SO awesome! have a great vacation and congratulations
