OK, this site has free ringtones. I know, you are skeptical, but so far, I have not had any charges on my phone related to these ringtones. They have a lot of WDW tones including Spectro, Wishes, Illuminations, rides, etc. Good quality too. As long as they say "free" under the tone, it seems to be completely free. Some are .99 and 1.99, but I go for the free ones. After 3 downloads, they make you register with an email address, but still no charges that I can see. You will use multimedia messaging and internet usage on your phone (I went a bit over this month), but that's it.
