| I will be staying on points at GCH in a couple of weeks. I have a standard view (translation: cheapest) for 2/23 check in - 2/27 check out. This means a Saturday stay along with 3 other nights (cheaper rate) for a total point value of 138. While not the best use of my points, some of them were banked, so they had to be used anyway. i wouldn't stay here on cash (can't afford to), so this was a fun thing for me to do. Your 9yo might like the pool at DLH. If you stay in the Sierra Tower (don't know it's new name, it's the one closest to DTD), you can get a great view. We stayed there in 2002 and it was wonderful (although I was with 2 teens and we did not swim that trip).
Do your research and you'll pick what's best for you. Have fun!
