Sorry but I guess I will deal with the hassle of a Rental car at a quarter of the price..
Hi, the directions that came on Mapquest were diferrent than the one you had. I'm sorry but even though you can see the fireworks you are behind the whole disney area which has 40 square miles (I think) and it may seem close but to drive there it is further than going to Disney itself. Also, $180.00 was round trip, $65.00 is a one way trip to the Magic Kingdom area.

I actualy reviewed the location and was able to see another closer way (as advised by your husband). The cheaper we could go to this area with a towncar (round trip) is $160.00. Keep in mind, from the lake buena vista area (entrance to Downtown Disney) to your home it is an additional 15 miles each way, so 30 miles for a round trip at an average of 2.00 per mile (the same as a regular taxi cab would charge) is $60.00 + what we already charge for round trip to the DTD area ($105.00) would give you a total of 165.00.
If you take a regular cab to your home it will not be less than 140.00 round trip.

90% of all our clients are repeat visitors and Disney fans; I unfortunately couldn't offer all of them a frequent visitor's discount other than the codes some find on the Internet. I already charge just about what a taxi charges and would not have my doors open for much longer if I were to offer this type of special discounts. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Renting a car, if it will be used to drive everyday to Disney and other locations during your stay, is definetely the best way to go since you'll not have the Disney free transport nor a hotel shuttle available to you.

My best regards,

Gregory Nicolas.
