We've stayed at GCH three times (once only the 2 of us; but twice with the whole gang - 5). Last time, our "kids" were 26, 19 & 17. The only problem with GCH is the limited rooms with an actual day bed. Once they are gone, they offer a room with a sleeping bag. They did remind us that when our youngest turns 18, we will have to get 2 rooms. We didn't use AAA though.
