I thought the Walt Disney Railroad would allow you to bring a folding stroller, but not the park-owned strollers. I'm almost positive we've been able to bring our strollers on.

We've sometimes been able to bring a child in a stroller onto a boat (e.g., Boardwalk to the Studios or Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom) but I think it depends on both the boat and the operator.
