You have the most beautiful family Beth. Families with special needs kids always have a spot in my heart....although we've long lost touch, one of my dearest friends had a daughter with Angelman's Syndrome. This girl had such a heart of gold and I often think how she is doing now-if she's still able to live at home or since she's now an adult if she's had to be placed in a group home or similar setting. I think I have struggles as a single mother-it definitely makes you think about what true priorities are.
I really enjoyed reading about your mom's-only trip last fall and want you to know it helped me make the final decision to take my own mom's only trip. So thank you, in so many ways!
