Well, thanks for the advice, but given the circumstances I think its not quite ultimatum material. I never really gave you a full update on the situation. He is def on the same page as me and when we talked this afternoon he wasn't defensive or anything when I said we have to do what needs to be done to get by, even if that means him taking a crap job for a little while. He just feels ashamed, like a failure, more than anything. He had such trouble finding something and was feeling so bad and he really felt like this was a big break (but when there is little work the first one to go is the last one hired apparently). He also responded pretty positively after dinner when we were talking about school, I really think before he can move forward he needs to decide
what he wants to do, ya know? So I think thats where he is going to start. But, you know me, I will keep you all updated- probably more updated than you want to be.
