| I wouldn't worry too much. My parents let me move to New Orleans 2 weeks after I turned 18--and I did okay in the crazy crime city. Just tell her to follow the same basic common sense sense she would use in a big city. Stay in touch, don't go off alone, have a good time, but not too good a time. Disney tends to be really strict on drinking rules--so I wouldn't worry about that.
