Smelling the Roses before Sailing the Seas-Live **Updated 6/22**

Who's going:
Lesley - that's me! I've been going to WDW since 1972. I recently bought into DVC and this will be my first trip home staying on my points.
Alice - She is the mother of a dear friend of mine. She lives in Boca Raton and is driving up for a couple of days. She to garden and I invited her because I know she'll enjoy the F&GF.
Terri (DrDolphin) - she's joining me at the end of the week for a 2 nights before we head over to Port Canavaral for our DCL Westbound PC cruise!

When
May 3-May 10

Where am I staying
May 3 - Pop
May 4-8 - Beach Club Villas - studio - Alice arrives on Wednesday morning and goes home Thursday evening
May 8-10 - Boardwalk Villas - 1 BR - std view - Terri arrives Thursday morning and we leave Saturday morning for the cruise.

The trip started out as a couple of nights before the cruise with Terri to see the F&GF. It's one time of the year I've never been to WDW and I've always wanted to see it. Once I bought into DVC I decided to extend it a few more days and go down on Sunday. That way I would have Saturday to get ready before I headed out.

When I went to buy my airline tickets I couldn't get a decent airfare for Sunday morning - so I did what all Disney lovers do and went a day early! Saturday DVC points are pretty high and I get in late so I decided to stay at Pop for the first night. I've never stayed there before so I'm looking forward to checking it out and trying one of the famous frozen cokes at the food court! I orginally booked it at the AAA rate which wasn't bad, but when the AP rates came out I was able to save even more money.

When I was at Mousefest in December I bought an AP so I didn't need to get admission for this trip. I also bought a DDE card in December. I did a lot of calculations for this trip and with so many people coming and going on different days the DDP didn't work out for this trip. I can save more with DDE.

Next - Day to day plans...
