Food & Wine Festival
DW and I are gearing up for our 5th trip to the World but it's our first trip w/o kids. We both love gourmet food and fine wine and are excited about our first visits to V&A's Chef's Table, California Grill, and maybe Bistro de Paris. I was delighted to learn that Epcot Food & Wine Festival will be in full swing during our stay Oct 18-25th, 2008. Can anyone share advice on how to make the most of amazing food and wine during our stay. If I were forced to make a choice, are there any Festival events that we should hit even if it meant canceling a dinner at CG or BdP?
