I am in awe that you can get three kids up, ready and out the door in half an hour! I have one and it would take three times that much time.

Your plans sound great, but I agree it would be a good idea to make a list of "Must sees" and hit those first. If you find yourself with time between the "Must sees" you can fill it in with the things on a secondary list. As others have said, crowds, weather, or even a ride shut down, can force you to change direction. Always have a Plan B in mind if Plan A doesn't work. And if you don't have a Plan B, make one up. I think the key to an enjoyable trip is to have Plan A in mind, but be flexible if it doesn't work out.
