We rented points at the Villas which ended up being affordable to our wittle budgets, otherwise we never would have been able to stay. This is our favorite LOCATION of all, being able to walk to Epcot/MGM is
divine. Being able to stroll home from World Showcase after Illuminations is my favorite way to spend an evening, and even better when there are still nightlife activities happening on the nearby Boardwalk The resort's atmosphere is not-my-style....if we were ever to rent points in this area again, we'd go for the peppier Boardwalk resort especially when it requires fewer points to stay. Sadly we never got a chance to swim in Stormalong Bay, but we did have a nice view of Spaceship Earth from our room.
For me, the location of this resort is its main benefit.
