We're staying at the WL in September, so if you can wait that long, I'll be able to let you know afterwards!
I've asked in this forum and people generally thought that my sons would fit. (They'll be 13 and 15 when we're there.) I do know that the older one definitely doesn't fit into the Fort Wilderness bunk beds. At home, we had to move him out of his standard twin bed this fall into a extra long twin.
At least you'll be able to sleep the three of you in the two queen layout if the bunk beds don't work out. (People make so many changes to their reservations, I'd just keep calling back to check for that one night availability.) There's no way I can ask the two of them to sleep in a single bed together.
That's why we're paying the big bucks to stay in a deluxe! (We tried adjoining rooms at Pop last time and decided to try something different this time. An email discount code made the price nearly the same anyways.)
I wish there was an FAQ with the actual bunk bed dimensions. If I can remember, I'll try to bring a small tape measure with me in September. Then I'll know for sure!
