| They are currently building one. It is fairly small and it is expected to sell out quickly. The rumor mill has sales opening up first to current DVC owners who bought their points in California, then to other DVC owners and then if there are any points left to the general public. It will probably be fairly hard to book rooms there if you're not an owner for the first year or two. I haven't heard when sales will start or when rooms will be available to book but someone else may have information on that.
