| we were there on Mother's day and will be there again tomorrow for father's day. it does get crowded, but i don't think it's height of summer crowded yet. some local school districts (ours included) are still in school through next week. We're going to try to get to Disneyland first thing and hit our favorite rides. After that, we head over to CA Adventures which is typically less crowded and lines are shorter. The busiest areas we noticed last time we were there in late May were the Nemo ride and Adventureland. there's a lot of activity associated with the New Indiana Jones movie and Pirates is popular as ever. for Mother's day, they gave out carnation corsages for all the moms, i wonder if they'll do something special for dads? hope so! good luck tomorrow. even with crowds, i can't think of a better way to spend father's day! |
