| Southern CA weather has been pretty unpredictable this year, so it's hard to say. One day my mom tells me it's 100 degrees, the next day it's 75 and raining. If I had to choose I'd probably pick August, because of crowds, not weather. Some people will be wrapping up and getting ready to go back to school. July is still in the middle of summer and might be worse. Whatever you choose, good luck!
