We were just there for 4th of July weekend - the 4th was crowded but Sat. and especially Sun. were not bad at all - so a Monday at the end of the month should be even better. You should be able to hit the highlights in each park. We did 15 rides before lunch on Sun. Good luck and Enjoy your trip!
