I don't know about any of the other hotels, as we only stayed at the Disneyland Hotel, but we had a lovely view from the concierge lounge of the fireworks. I would imagine that some of the rooms below it (the lounge is in the Sierra Tower, facing towards the Disneyland parks) would also have good views as well.
