I guess they have enough opportunity to copy Great Wolf Lodge's formula --- it might compete with their other waterparks too much.
I like the one at GWL as we don't have to coat our younger son in sunscreen to keep him from being burned.

It probably makes $$$ in more northern climes, but in orlando, it probably does not add up, or Disney would already have one there.
