Also, many vendors at Downtown Disney want to see photo id with your credit card due to high levels of fraud, so be prepared. The monorail is not reliable now due to refurbishment, don't waste your time waiting on line if you are on a schedule. You can hear the music from DTD from the Dreams Tower until 10pm, be aware if you are early to bed. No inroom coffee makers, but coffee is avail in the ams in the lobbies of the Towers. No full service bar at the pool, you have to walk around to the Lost Bar outside the pool area. Don't depend on LaBrea Bakery if you are headed to park entrances before the 8am opening, they don't open until 8am so you will be hungry!!
This has changed now - thank goodness! We were just there last weekend. They give you a room key that is also your charge card but do keep your photo I.D. with you.

You might want to grab a beignet at the Jazz Kitchen Express.

And nobody does room service, amenities, and poolside service like Las Vegas but the Disneyland Hotel was much better than Paradise Pier. Although I missed the coffee maker we had at PP because we were in a suite.
