My DH is always wondering if booking when dates first open is the way to go. So, I just compared the price for the same flight we are taking less than 2 weeks from now. (I have been checking right along) I originally booked the tickets when dates opened way back in March. the tickets are now almost exactly $1,000 more now for the 4 of us ($250.00 each)!
I printed it off an showed my DH ...... he told me to keep doing what I'm doing and he will never question my judgement again.
Even Southwest can't touch the fares I originally got. We never get a Ding! from here to Orlando because of all the Canadian's crossing the border to get cheap airfares. I'm so excited right now I can't stand it.
Ieven get to take 2 bags each if I want with no charge!
