We are planning a trip and staying at the Hyatt Mission Bay. It has just been renovated and is very close to the Paradise Point hotel but seems nicer for similar prices when you get a good rate. If you sign up for the Hyatt frequent travelers club online they send you sales and we just re-booked and got our room for almost half as much as our original AAA booking. My husband has stayed at Humprey's Half Moon a bunch of times for work and he says it's ok but the Hyatt looks much nicer and has great pools for the kids and a very nice spa if you are into that.
