| We've done 6 days and never left the resort but there are tours you can book at the front desk to Hollywood without having to rent a car. There are shuttles you can take to Knotts Berry Farm. Plus there is a trolley for the Anaheim area.
We Love the DL hotel. Goofy's Kitchen is great fun and the pool is really nice.
