| bradk: Well, I certainly didn't request it, since I was trying to keep the resort a secret from my husband. When I had to call back and change the dates, that confirmation came by email, as did my first reservation at a different resort. Perhaps the one that came by mail was just a glitch in the system, perhaps that particular cm simply made a mistake, but it came in the mail nonetheless. I'm just saying it can and does happen ...
