| I have never stayed at either resort so I can't comment that way but I think you are going down during Pop Warner week which meean large groups of kids. I would think they would be at the Values and if they are I would vote for POR. I stayed at POFQ once and we walked over to POR and rented sea raycers and POR looked like a great resort.
