I would definitely opt for the Boardwalk. We have stayed at the villas there twice and it is our favourite of all the Disney resorts we've stayed at to date. It's a short walk to Epcot or a very pleasant boat ride to either Epcot or Hollywood Studios. As for the buses to the other parks, we didn't have any problem with them although there is some bus sharing. However, were you to stay at the Poly, although you've got quick and easy access to the monorail system for the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, you have to share buses for both Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios with other resorts so it can end up taking quite a while to get to the other two parks. Also, for me, I don't like the fact that the Poly doesn't have any hot tub for its guests and, since I really love using the hot tub while staying at Disney, that more or less crosses the Poly off my list of places I like to stay.
