| Could be the CM was new and hadn't had to add the request of bedrails before and wanted to make sure if there was a charge for them they could make the guest aware of it or if it wasn't pulling up in the choices for requests that they knew how to put it in.
Also could have been the system and if they are busy was lagging and the CM was having trouble getting it to add to the reservation.
There are many reasons why there could be wait time but definitely frustrating, I had to call today to make a dining reservation and was on hold for at least 3 different songs.
Glad they got it worked out.
